Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to coordinate resources, including time, budget, and employees, to achieve target sites availability, optimize Network Field Operations (NFO) resources for maximum efficiency, and digitalize Field Operations workflows to enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves overseeing workshop operations, ensuring a stable electricity and fuel supply, tracking daily reports, and coordinating both preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM) for regional workshop sites as assigned in OWS.
2. Provide timely updates for workshop sites and feedback for all trouble tickets (TT) through OWS.
3. Oversee workshop technicians and riggers to ensure compliance with technical KPIs, SLAs, and MTTR targets.
4. Plan and manage fuel and electricity needs to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
5. Monitor technical activities related to new projects and the hosting of other operators.
6. Ensure field maintenance processes and procedures are followed to maintain high network availability and reliability.
7. Oversee the maintenance of radio, power, and transmission equipment at Atbara WS sites.
8. Coordinate with NEC, RNO, and PMO to implement new or expanded Atbara WS sites and handle service requests and complaints.
9. Optimize the use of allocated resources, including manpower, tools, and machinery.
10. Analyze field maintenance reports and propose effective, timely solutions.
11. Manage inventory and request spare parts as needed to maintain operational efficiency.

1. Radio & Transmission Knowledge: Work with BTS/NodeB/eNodeB, Transmission, and Microwave (MW) technologies.
2. Resource Management: Optimize performance through efficient resource management.
3. Acceptance Testing: Conduct and evaluate tests to ensure quality.
4. Troubleshooting: Use diagnostic tools to resolve issues in MW, BTS, and Power Systems.
5. SLA Adherence: Coordinate and prioritize activities to meet SLA targets.
6. Preventive Maintenance: Implement maintenance activities and schedules to optimize site performance and lifespan.
Job Requirements
(Education, Training or certificates, Experience, Language):
▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
▪ Experience: 3-5 years of experience in radio operations, transmission, and power telecommunication
engineering.
▪ Languages: Fluent in English/Arabic (Written& Spoken).
