Job Title: Central Region Network Manager

Main Job Purpose:

The primary objective of this role is to oversee Network Field Operations within the Central Region, ensuring optimal network availability, maximizing the utilization of NFO resources, effectively managing OPEX, and driving the digital transformation of the Network Field Operations Workshop workflow. This involves supervising the daily operations of the Radio and Power Field Operation units, managing Employees, OPEX, and logistics in the Central Region, and developing a continuous improvement plan for NFO employees in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the NFO Workshops team including Radio and Power in the Central Region.
2. Oversee the Central Region Field Operations in alignment with OLA/SLA and KPI targets.
3. Responsible for the development of competencies, skills, and experience within the NFO
Workshops team including Radio and Power.
4. Manage Preventive Maintenance activities as planned to extend CAPEX lifespan and reduce OPEX.
5. Oversee Corrective Maintenance in the Central Region to ensure network availability exceeds
targets and improves customer experience.
6. Lead the digital transformation of operations in the Central Region, ensuring the enforcement of all
PM/CM activities in the OWS/Mateline.
7. Ensure that the day-to-day operations of the NFO Workshops including Radio and Power adhere to
Sudani network standards and processes, delivering top-tier network availability and reliability.
8. Coordinate with NEC to ensure efficient handling of service requests and complaints.
9. Collaborate with NEC, RNO, Planning, PMO, Admin, and Commercial teams to supervise new and
expansion activities, ensuring the achievement of agreed targets.
10. Efficiently manage resources including employees, tools, and machines allocated to various
activities.
11. Ensure the effective operation of the power workshop, guaranteeing 100% availability and reliability
of main sites.
12.Monitor and analyze NFO performance reports, implementing appropriate corrective actions.
13.Manage spare parts availability, warehouse management, and OPEX control.
14. Ensure all NFO activities comply with the department’s HSE standards.
15. Oversee the availability of electricity and fuel at site locations.
16. Supervise the implementation of remote management systems, including Neteco, Fuel Sensors,
Deep See, and any other systems adopted by the company.

Technical competencies:

1. Field Operations Expertise: Proficient in the operation and management of field equipment such
as BTS, NodB, eNodB, TX, and power systems.
2. Power Systems Expertise: Skilled in power systems including Generator Sets, Batteries, Solar,
ATS, and Rectifiers.
3. Telecommunication Technologies: Comprehensive understanding of telecommunication
technologies such as GSM, UMTS, and LTE, along with familiarity with network components like
BSC, RNC, SDH, DWDM, and microwave systems.
4. Management Systems Proficiency: Experienced with management systems such as U2020,
OWS, and Microsoft Office.
5. Acceptance Testing Knowledge: Conducting acceptance tests for new transmission devices and
ensuring they meet required specifications and standards.
6. Safety and Security: Implementing and maintaining high safety and security standards in all
operations.
7. Root Cause Analysis: Ability to investigate the root causes of problems.

Job Requirements

 (Education, Training or certificates, Experience, Language):
▪ Education:
• A bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a
related field.
• MBA is an advantage
Experience: 6 – 8 years in the radio network field operation.
Languages: Fluent in English/Arabic (Written& Spoken).
