Main Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this role is to maintain and repair Radio Network Field operation site faults, ensuring optimal network availability and resource utilization. This includes monitoring electricity and fuel supply and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans. The role is critical in supporting the organization’s mission to deliver uninterrupted, high-quality network services, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor network performance using available programs and tickets, responding immediately to site
issues to ensure minimal downtime.
2. Diagnose and resolve site faults promptly, ensuring all issues are addressed efficiently to maintain
network reliability.
3. Coordinate periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain equipment functionality.
4. Maintain continuous and reliable electricity and fuel supply to all sites, optimize resource utilization,
and prevent service interruptions.
5. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring
all systems operate safely and effectively.
6. Identify and fix transmission physical faults, monitoring BTS equipment alarms to prevent network
disruptions.
7. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to optimize equipment performance and
implement best practices.
8. Assist in executing electrical maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards.
3. Network Monitoring Tools: Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and programs to track
performance and respond to issues promptly.
4. Resources Management: Skills in maintaining continuous and reliable electricity and fuel supply,
optimizing resource utilization, and preventing service interruptions.
5. Troubleshooting: Proficiency in troubleshooting and rectifying field problems quickly, responding to
network outages, and ensuring prompt resolution.
Qualifications
Education Diploma or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications,
Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience 2-5 years of experience in radio network field operations and power operations.
Certificates
Relevant training courses in Microwave (MW), Base Transceiver Station
(BTS), industrial systems, power systems, and electrical engineering.
Language Intermediate in Arabic and English (Written &Spoken)
