Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to maintain and follow up the continuous operation of workshop sites by managing fuel and electricity supplies and performing preventive and corrective maintenance. By preserving high network availability and reliability, the role directly supports the organization’s mission to provide uninterrupted service to its customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance (PM, CM) for regional workshop sites,
ensuring timely completion and adherence to schedules.
2. Provide detailed feedback for every trouble ticket (TT) through OWS, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate documentation.
3. Maintain network availability for all technologies across the region, achieving an average uptime of
98% to 99%.
4. Prevent fuel and electricity shortages, by sustaining uninterrupted operations at all sites.
5. Perform PM & CM tasks for all sites bi-monthly, ensuring compliance with maintenance plans.
6. Perform strict safety procedures and maintain an accurate inventory of tools and spare parts.
7. Develop knowledge and expertise in resolving complex power issues.
8. Travel regularly throughout regional areas and interstate as required to perform maintenance tasks.
9. Contribute to digital transformation for network Operations by effectively utilizing virtual
communication tools.

1. BTS Equipment and Power Systems: Proficient in understanding and maintaining Base
Transceiver Station (BTS) equipment and associated power systems.
2. Radio Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Skilled in identifying and resolving issues related to radio
equipment.
3. Power Fault Diagnosis and Resolution: Capable of diagnosing and resolving power system
issues.
4. Health & Safety Compliance: Adheres to health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working
environment.
5. Trouble Ticket Management: Ability to provide detailed feedback for every trouble ticket (TT)
through OWS, ensuring prompt resolution and accurate documentation.
6. Operational Continuity: Capability to prevent fuel and electricity shortages, ensuring
uninterrupted operations at all sites.
Qualifications
- Education Completion of a high school certificate, occupational/industrial school, or diploma in any related field.
- Experience Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in radio field operations, including fault maintenance
- and performing preventive and corrective maintenance for BTS sites.
- Language Intermediate in English and Arabic.
