Job Title: Data Analytics Manager

Report to: Planning & Strategy Senior Manager
Main Job Purpose:
The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement data-driven strategies that optimize
marketing performance and enhance customer engagement. Furthermore, overseeing the collection,
analysis, and interpretation of marketing data, providing actionable insights that drive informed decisionmaking and support our overall business objectives.
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Manage and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that
encourages innovation and professional growth.
2. Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to support marketing
objectives and drive informed decision-making.
3. Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data, translating complex
findings into actionable insights.
4. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns and initiatives.
5. Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of
data initiatives across the organization.
6. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments to leverage data
insights for strategic planning.
7. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of marketing data, implementing best practices for
data governance.
8. Interpret and present data insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels, using clear and
compelling visualizations and narratives.
9. Tailor presentations to the audience, ensuring that insights are accessible and actionable.
10. Design and implement dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights and facilitate datadriven decision-making.
11. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights that
inform marketing strategies.
12. Use predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast market trends and customer
needs.
13. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and
marketing.

Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
2. Marketing Analytics Tools: Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
3. Data Management & Integration: Strong skills in data management and integration.
4. Automation Tools & CRM Systems: Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, and data
visualization techniques.
5. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
6. Data Governance & Security: Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
7. SQL Proficiency: Strong knowledge of data manipulation languages, especially SQL.
Qualifications required:
Education:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
▪ Experience with automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Experience:
▪ 5 – 8 years of in data analytics or business intelligence.
Languages:
▪ Fluent in English/Arabic (Written& Spoken)
